Does anyone know of a device to wear while working that will help me keep my shoulders down and back? Thank you.

right into your own body. The very best way to improve your posture is to do core strengthening and upper body strengthening (back, chest, shoulder girdle, arms). You can do a Google search for the appropriate exercises and set up a little routine for yourself. A light weight would be good to start 1-2 lbs. If you don't have weights, you can use a small can of tomatoes, just shy of 1 lb. Also, don't forget to stretch before and after you do your exercise (feels so good). It also helped me to set up my monitor at the appropriate height and distance, so I don't find myself scrunching forward to see what's on the screen; and making the print larger (zoom) helps avoid this tendency. At my age, 66, I already have a bit of a dowager's hump because I didn't follow my own advice at a younger age; but doing these exercises now has improved things and helps me keep things from getting worse.
