Just wondering what the person who posted here last month defending Jared saying we were too quick to judge has to say now?

The minute the judge issued the search warrant, I knew he was guilty.

Just because he accepted a plea deal and pled guilty to possession of child pornography does not mean he is guilty. People accept plea deals all the time and have to plead guilty to do so, but that still doesn't necessarily guarantee they are guilty. If the former director of his foundation had downloaded child porn using Jared's computer, Jared is still guilty of possession. You just don't know the details.

to Jared's personal computer inside Jared's home? Why would he have access to Jared's cellphone? They also seized several DVDs from inside Jared's home. So why would Jared keep child porn DVDs inside his home that were left by his director? Why would he have allowed the DVDs INSIDE his home to begin with?

The only details I need are the items that were seized from inside Jared's home. Are you really this stupid? And how can you make excuses for a pedophile?

It covered what charges the plea deal covered and there was more than just possession of child porn. Very sad stuff. The one upshot for the victims is that this man actually had some money so they will receive some restitution which in no way takes away the things they endured but it is better than nothing.

You didn't need any details to "know" he was guilty. You "knew" he was guilty as soon as they served that search warrant.

It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to deduce that there was enough probable cause to issue a FEDERAL search warrant. Not to mention Jared's past history with posession and distribution of porn in his college years. The allegations by a former Subway franchise owner receiving unwanted sexually explicit texts from Jared with inappropriate remarks about teenaged girls.

Finally, apparently there was something on those DVDs pertinent to the case at hand or the feds wouldn't have seized them, DUH!

ALso just read he admitted he had sex with at least 14 minors. But you go ahead and keep on defending him.

I was simply pointing out that you were doing a lot of assuming considering you are not part of the investigation team. I don't know him therefore I cannot say if he is guilty. You didn't know anything as soon as they served the search warrant, it was still an assumption at that point. You still don't know anything except what you have heard in the news. I hope you are never accused of something you did not do, but if you are maybe then you will realize that there is a process to go through and until that process has been completed you shouldn't be so convinced of someone's guilt

They have 14 victims' statements attesting to just how guilty he is. I made no assumptions. It is quite simple, where there is smoke, there is fire.

Jared's director is arrested for possession of child porn, SMOKE. Subway franchise owner alleges that Jared made inappropriate comments about young underaged girls, SMOKE. Jared's past history of distributing porn in college comes to light, SMOKE. A warrant is issued to search Jared's home and seize Jared's electronic devices, DVDs and any other evidence, LOTS OF SMOKE.

Jared is arrested for possession of child porn, CHOKING ON THE SMOKE. Underaged victims come forward, FIRE. Jared pleads guilty, FIRE, FIRE, FIRE.

Originally I had the fact that they issued a search warrant for his home and the fact that his direct had been arrested. I didn't read a news story and take it as fact - I had the fact that there was an actual search warrant and actual federal agents served the actual search warrant and actually seizued actual electronic devices and DVDs. So I had more than ZERO facts. I also had my ability to think and reason which seems lost on you.

He was guilty the minute they issued the search warrant. That is fact. You can call it assumption if that suits you, but the fact remains he is guilty and I was correct in deducing his guilt.

My comments in this thread have been specific to Jared Fogle.

But I will say that the prisons are filled with to the brim with "innocent" people if you believe every inmate who claims he/she didn't do it or got railroaded or framed or just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
