For 6 years the Republicans complained

Posted: Feb 25, 2015

The Republicans complained that Obama and the Democrats would not work with them.

Now, as predicted, the Republican House cannot even work with the Republican Senate.

I guess they just do not understand the concept of working "together".

;

Funny. I see that as completely opposite. Just how - bozo planned it.

What an unbelievably pathetic group of uncompromising idiots. How can conservatives pretend they are trying to work with Democrats when they can't even work with each other?

As they admitted long, long ago, there are factions of the conservative party that have made it their primary goal to make Barack Obama a 1-term president. They are terminally seeking ways to embarrass the president in order to prove that government is dysfunctional, and they don't care if they harm Americans in their efforts to oppose President Obama. Wonder what it will finally take to convince them that the presidential election is over and they lost it?

Bottom line is, they want what he has, which is the presidency and the right to make the final decisions. Only a 2/3 agreement of Senate and House can overrule his veto pen, and therein lies their frustration.

Trump Just Gave The Speech Republicans Have Been Waiting 20 Years To HearJun 22, 2016
Donald Trump did what Republicans have begged their presidential candidate to do for months — lay out the case, from A-to-Z, against Hillary Clinton. Trump didn't hold back in a blistering speech Wednesday. He went through chapter and verse of every criticism — based in fact or conspiracy theory — against the Clintons. In sum, Trump said, Hillary Clinton may be "the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency of the United States" and a "world-class liar." Donald Trump spe ...

who are troubled by the recent shift to the far right that the Republican party has taken? I strongly believe in fiscal responsibility, and the party used to represent this, but now it seems like it has been hijacked by extremists and that greed is the motivating force in the current Republican party, along with draconian far-right ideas that leave little room for those of us who are more moderate. I find it very troubling, and I'm considering switching my party affiliation to Independent. ...

Exposed: The Democrats' Plan of Disruption and Intimidation Democrats are planning an all out effort of mayhem and disruption to undermine the results of the 2016 elections. The UTGOP is shining a light on the Democrats' hypocrisy and we've posted their manual on our website. We want you to ...

Republicans For RapeOct 21, 2009
This makes me ill. I know there will be responses on this thread from Republicans who are going to tell me they aren't for rape. Well, 30 of your Senators are! All men, oddly enough. Another Warning To RepublicansMar 16, 2011
Dear GOP:  If you haven't realized it yet, the Tea Party is not just a game.  In a VERY liberal county, Miami-Dade in Florida, 88% of voters just FIRED (recalled) a tax-raising mayor who happened to be a Republican. He was raising taxes on declining property values while giving city workers raises. The hero in this story (other than the voters) is a guy named Norman Braman. He is the former owner of the Philadelphia Eagles. He put plenty of cash into this recall effort and helped ...

Republicans Have No Hearts, Huh?Apr 30, 2010
Statistically speaking, overall, there are more indiviual republicans that give more to charity year after year than democrats. However, when a Democrat is in charge, they tend to raise taxes in way that will help increase the amount of funds they can give to charity. Which way is better and why? IMO, It's better for individual citizens to decide if they will donate and what charity they will donate to, because it is their money and not the government's.For example, I have decide ...

Are Republicans Really Going To Shut DownFeb 23, 2015
With their terrible concern with ISIS and the handling of terrorist activities, they will risk the shut down of DHS? This just doesn't make sense.
