Now he's off to Saudi Arabia...

Posted: Jan 27, 2015

I wonder how many more of us were sold down the river in India.

I wonder if fuel prices will start to rise again, or if he's just going to Saudi to kiss the ring of the new king.

;

Let's see if he holds hands with and kisses the new king - like Bush did. nm

You can't tell me that he is safer in Saudi Arabia or India than he would have been in Paris, France.

I am still upset that he did not go to that demonstration of unity in Paris after the horrible terrorist killings.

I am sick of him apologizing for America. He does not speak for me.

I do not believe he is a Christian. A Christian would not act this way. He has Muslim ties (his father) and I think he has a loyalty to them as well as is a sympathizer to them. He is our president. He should be watching out for our country and doing what is in the best interest of the citizens, but instead he wants his legacy to be so wonderful. It will never be wonderful to me. Neither will Hillary ever get my vote. She did it when she said, "What does it matter" in reference to Bengazi and she thinks that she will get votes to be our president. Dream on lady.

I am like an elephant. I never forget and never will forget what some politicians have done.

I wish that we could have it the way of the first Congress in which they served, went back home and back to their own lives. Now we have people who want lifetime jobs in the government and I for one won't vote for someone repeatedly unless he is doing a very good job for American citizens and not just making himself look good to be re-elected. I hate politics and I hate voting because most times it is the lesser of two evils.

I wish we could pick our own candidate for President and VP instead of some party doing it for us. I don't like these super packs with money out their wazoo. I hate how money gets people elected. People are what matter only everyone in any party seems to forget that. They can talk a good talk, but don't walk the walk when they are elected or re-elected.

I think we need to have ratings on all elected officials to see how the people think they are doing their jobs. If below standard, then they either change or we send them back home.

Great post! - Could not agree more.

Saudi Arabia Strikes Yemen. SmMar 26, 2015
Houthi warn of "wide war". Warplanes from Saudi Arabia and Arab allies struck Shi'ite Muslim rebels fighting to oust Yemen's president on Thursday, a gamble by the world's top oil exporter to check Iranian influence in its backyard without direct military backing from Washington. Riyadh's rival Iran denounced the assault on the Houthi militia group, which it backs, and made clear the kingdom's deployment of a Sunni coalition against Shi'ite enemies would complica ...

King Abdullah Of Saudi Arabia DiesJan 23, 2015
Successors were already in place, even 2 chosen.  Seems they have had a bit of trouble keeping successors alive long enough.  King Salman is 79.  King Abdullah died at 90.  Long-living.  Interesting time with Yemen blowing up on the southern border.  SA supported the regime in Yemen until the opposition was allowed to take too strong a foothold, then they cut their funding.  There is apparently a wall/fence being built on the southern border of SA between SA ...

Obama Bow To Saudi King Led To Times Square Plot: ScheuerMay 05, 2010
(I wonder what Mr. Scheuer thought about that famous photo of Bush holding hands with a Saudi prince.) By David EdwardsTuesday, May 4th, 2010 -- 12:47 pm The Times Square bomb "100% worked," the NYPD was "dead beat" by the bomber, and President Barack Obama's bow to the Saudi King led to the plot, in the first place. That's all true if you believe Fox News guest Michael Scheuer. It's not the first time Scheuer, formerly in charge of the CIA's Bin Laden issue station, has r ...
