How do you get yourself thrown off this site?

I don't have the willpower to stay away from the trainwreck that is the majority (not all) of MTStars. I've emailed the mods and asked to be removed. They ignored me. How do I get thrown off? Seriously, work needs to be done and it's not getting done. So, I will resort to what I need to do in order to get thrown off. Time to let 'er loose! So mods please just remove me or I'm going to speak my mind minus filter.

I know Chrome has an ap/extension thingy in their store called "StayFocusd." You can basically completely block whatever websites you choose on certain days and for certain hours. If I remember correctly, you can choose to have no password at all or one of their passwords that you have to enter to unlock the block during your chosen lockdown days/hours. You choose how many characters the password is as well. For example, you can choose to have a 64-character password (of their choosing), which usually consists of random numbers, letters, and characters. Basically, a huge pain in the behind to sit there and type to unlock the thing, which is the point. :) I'm not sure if Internet explorer has an option like that to download, but I bet they probably do.
