Darren Wilson

Isn't there a syndrome or an abnormality for low-set ears.  Not trying to be a smart donk, but this photo just grabbed my attention.

I thought it meant intelligence of an extremely - higher level

than the average person.

And see where your ears are.

There is a myriad of syndromes - ProMT

[ In Reply To ..]
which can cause low-set ears. In my opinion, Darren Wilson's ears are not low set.

the tips of his ears - are below the bottom

Of his eyes. That's low no matter how you slice it.

Of course they're low-set! How can you say they aren't? - just me

and generally the genetic disorders that are associated with low-set ears are also associated with below-average intelligence. And he's the police, so you can deduct 50 points right there.

Low set ears and - intelligence...

Be careful YOUR intelligence is showing or the lack of.

Please Google references on normally placed versus low-set ears. There are diagrams showing measurements of both.

So there's the definition. You can look at that picture and say his ears aren't set abnormally low?

I just looked in the mirror. - sm

Exactly what are you implying, OP? The top of his right ear is the same level as the bottom of his right eye. The same as mine!

The top of his left ear is slightly below the bottom of his right eye. Again, the same as mine.

I made all A's and B's in high school and had a 3.25 GPA when earning my associate's degree. I have been a professional MT for 33 years. Pretty sure my intelligence is just fine.

What does Officer Wilson's ear placement have to do with anything?

Not implying anything - Just noticed his ears

were low and wondered what medical term or syndrome that would be. I mentioned nothing about intelligence. Geesh, you'd think I slapped somebody's grandma.

Don't know if I believe this stuff - but here it is-such as it is

Couldn't resist looking up this sort of tangent. Interestingly, just as you guys were posting all this stuff on ear set, someone was being interviewed about body language during the interview.

Low set ears: A person with low set ears has a lower rate of receiving information. Give him very fast instructions and he will be totally lost. Make sure you always give him instructions slowly and use diagrams whenever applicable when dealing with him.

If that person has a big eye to eyebrows distance too then he will be slow in receiving and processing information and so you may find him the last one to finish work or to hand the exam paper.

People with low set ears may be very idealistic, they focus on how the job is done in addition to focusing on getting it done.

I saw the interview with George Stephanopolis - - cannot spell the name

and whatever pot the poster was attempting to stir, look at George's ears, same as who he is interviewing.

Looks apelike, to me. - nm

Bizarre.  Opens him up to inconsistencies in his own testimony (if indicted) in his own criminal case and gives fodder to the federal civil rights case.      Included link of analysis by CNN guys   http://preview.msn.com/en-us/news/other/grand-jury-reportedly-hears-from-officer/vi-BB4pa3x ...
