We are idiots to give anyone amenesty. They all need to leave. Let's just escort them to the border. If they have jobs and have money, they can get there themselves but we need to make sure they cross and stay across, no matter what border.
We might also have ships ready to escort those where they came from at their expense though and if they have jobs and money, they can do that.
