I am hoping that somebody can help me understand panic attacks. Literally 1 month ago I started having severe panic attacks that lasted about 3-4 hours and outrageous crying that I could not stop wtih killer chest pain, to the point of feeling like I was being shocked right on my sternum. I am wondering if anyone else out there has suffered from crippling panic attacks. I can get them in crowded places, escalators, etc. My biggest issue comes from driving. I can't handle lots of traffic but sometimes even in light traffic is becomes a problem. I've tried counseling with no progress and tried medication, but I don't like to drive with some of the meds the prescribe as they can be dangerous as well. I avoid interstates at all costs. ...
