What we learned from liberals at Netroots Nation

Hmmm... ;

What you don't here is "We believe that we are - responsible for the

consequences if we're wrong."

This woman could be our next president, that's - scary. nm

[ In Reply To ..]
x

Yeah, and you hear that - all the time

[ In Reply To ..]
From republicans, right?

Oh wait, is that why the congress is doing nothing? Are the republicans in charge afraid there will be consequences if they do something wrong?

Well, there are consequences anyway.
Witness our crumbling infrastructure and zero job creation.

Best comment - says it all

This was one of the best comments I read:

"the Left also like to refer to themselves as Progressives, but somehow their their Progressiveness includes, INtolerance of oposing ideas, race baiting, far left media bias(NO coverage of Obama scandals), non-vetting of Liberal minority candidates and like Warren, Reid, Pelosi and Obama, lying is permitted and encouraged if the end result is what they want."

Conservatives are scared and their "comments" reflect that. Non-vetting? Do you know what - that means?

[ In Reply To ..]
just another extremist buzz word...

Or you can tell me what you think it means and back it up by facts.

Why don't you tell us. - SM

[ In Reply To ..]
You seem to be such an expert on everything. Please enlighten us. Thank you in advance.

Conservatives are far far far from being scared - and our comments show that

nm

"After we win this election, it's our turn, - payback time." SM

[ In Reply To ..]
Valerie Jarrett

When we hear that, we get scared!

Here's another one. HUD is attempting to rezone - areas along income

[ In Reply To ..]
and racial guidelines as a condition for receiving millions in the block grants.

Affordable housing is being built in neighborhoods in the suburbs. It's that redistribution thing. Like those GMC and Chrysler dealerships that were closed down because their political donations weren’t the right kind.

Elizabeth Warren runs away when asked - question about Israel...

[ In Reply To ..]

People really need to start listening and paying - attention to what so-called

[ In Reply To ..]
leaders say and do. I like reading about Gandhi, but he once got caught making the stupid-a$$ed statement that the entire tragedy of World War II could have been prevented if only a few million Jews decided to leave Europe sooner!

Why is it that we can talk about any other - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
countries, but when we criticize Israel for things like stealing land, civilian massacres, etc., it's called a stupid statement?

I happen to believe that what Gandhi said just might be correct.

This is another thing that scared me about Elizabeth - Warren, trying to control

[ In Reply To ..]
he Internet.

Any new technology gets about 20 years of untrammeled growth before progressives get their hands on it - and begin passing laws on licensing, taxes, access, content, etc.. The time frame is probably relatively shorter now because the government is already so large and intrusive. This is another way to silence opposition. I can see the writing on the wall...Internet subsidies for the poor.

I believe Elizabeth Warren IS a hero. - sm

[ In Reply To ..]
In fact, if I had the choice to vote for either Warren or Clinton, I'd choose Warren.

She's always been a champion of that terrible "47 percent" that Romney detests so much.

She wants to hold Wall Street accountable.

I believe she'd make a wonderful candidate for President.

Maybe, but she needs a bit more experience - How about VP?

[ In Reply To ..]
But would hate to lose her from Congress. If she gets the nomination, I can back her, but I don't think she is completely electable.

I think she would be a great president to rule - over our third world country. nm

[ In Reply To ..]

I agree completely! - nm
[ In Reply To ..]
She fits in perfectly in DC (District of Criminals) - nm
[ In Reply To ..]

Ignoring your inflammatory comment - any Republican prospects of interest?
[ In Reply To ..]
Rand Paul sure is becoming more moderate.

Christie still has to cross the bridge "so to speak."

I don't think they should Romney again. I don't think his wife can take it.

Santorum

Jeb Bush - even his mother is against it

who am I missing?

No, I'm not a republican. Besides I think a democrat - should reside over what this

country has become. They own it.

She's a woman and a fake Indian, so no-criticism of such a candidate

Maybe the sarcasm backed over itself and I misinterpreted.

I thought she was saying women could not be heroes? Couldn't really imagine that, of course.

Maybe she meant she is a woman and a fake Indian so no one had better dare criticize her. I don't agree with that, but I at least might understand the post better.
Just as every criticism of Obama is called - racism, any criticism of
[ In Reply To ..]
Warren (or Hillary) will be called sexism.
We don't need any career politician, not Hillary - or Warren. We do not
[ In Reply To ..]
need another leader in debt to big business, financial backers or his/her party agenda. We do need someone truly independent of all political pressures, capable of resolving all the damage done to this country.

I have no names to throw around.
So what does that leave us with? Maybe a new - law should be passed that no one - sm
[ In Reply To ..]
who is a wealthy millionaire should be allowed to run for office. They already have too much power anyway, and have likely been corrupted by said money and power.

People of lesser means, and greater intelligence, should be the ones who become candidates. NOT career politicians, but people with an IQ closer to 150 than 48. People with IDEAS rather than chips on their shoulders. People who are passionate about returning America to a country that its citizens can be proud of when then venture abroad, rather than embarrassed to be associated with.
Democrats have proven women can't be heroes. - They have a war on women!
[ In Reply To ..]
They don't like women except, of course, democratic women. I won't mention names. LOL

Elizabeth Warren IS the same as Obama, - MORE ILLEGALS,

more regulation, more taxation, more redistribution.

Please Pray For Our Nation!Mar 22, 2010
After visiting several online sites, I am relieved to know that so many Americans, both Democrats and Republicans, GET IT.  They understand the significance of what happened tonight, and they KNOW that Obama and the Democrats just sold out the citizens of this country in a huge way.  They understand that if this monstrous, unconstitutional bill is allowed to stand, their children and grandchildren will carry a heavy burden indeed.  It's unfortunate that so many post ...
